The Nullabor the treeless plains

Left the rest area just west of Penong and onwards thru a little town of Nundroo stop off at the roadhouse.

Then pass the town of Yalata, just west stopping at our new campsite.

After setting up I walk around the area sandy, very windy, as a cold front coming from West Australia had arrived. We setup a camp area,  around the trees seeking a wind break and shelter from the cold front.

This site sandy, lots of trees and flies. Planning to go the next day to the Nullabor Roadhouse.
