Walking for Health
I have being walking to shed a few kilograms around the midsection. It has occurred to me that being on holiday or camping is not a really good excuse why you can't exercise.
I have found around camp grounds and rest area there is a lot of Bush track you can walk on without the worrying about being hit by oncoming traffic.
This is also a great time to reflect and admire the landscape. Walking along is good for your health and longevity according to the latest research done by University of Sydney study finds walking faster can help you live longer

The sense that you are trying to contribute to a healthier lifestyle that will carry you forward on your own two feet in the future makes sense.
I do a lot of bush trail walking, for fitness but some precautions need to be looked at, wearing the right footwear for traction over rocks and protective against snake bites is always a good idea.
The next thing to think of is will you get lost and what if I get chest pain while hiking. Monitoring your health via a fitness tracker and watch is a good idea.
I track my health using Samsung health app on my smartphone as well as Iwownfit app to keep a fitness check and help me comeback from my hike or walk without getting lost.
These products I use the Samsung Gear Fit 2 Pro smartwatch and the Iwownfit P1 smartwatch helps me understand that I don't place excessive stress on my body.
Walking in the bush trail you never know what is over the next hill the feeling of achievement is exhilarating and views usually spectacular.
Walking along the beach is also contributing to your health as much of getting that sense of peace, while walking.
Where technology is good however you just can't beat the paper map and compass, to get back to the campsite safely.
Well we should be now excited to do excerise, so let put on our walking shoe and have some fun.
