Indarra Siding

After stocking up at Yalgoo it was time to leave and heading west, came on an old town of Pindar.
Pindar has the wreath flowers, which are wildflowers of Western Australia. We took the turn off and when through the old town and about 10km on gravel which was in good condition when we went through, to arrive where the wreath flowers was supposed to be, unfortunately the month of July was too early for the flowers. Other travelers lucky enough to see them in bloom, I will share some of their photos so you understand why we made the trip out to see them.

Now the next town we arrived at was Mullewa, country of the Yamatji People. The Welcome Sign represents the everlasting wildflowers found in the area when in bloom.

The sculpture done by Peter James, but designer was a local artist Eliza Thomas. The work commenced in 2017.

Now afternoon is upon us it was time to find a campsite for the night, it was called Indarra Siding. Now time to setup camp. Water taps available it backed up to pastoral land and across the road a train line.

We decided to stay for 2 days, time to make bread then the plan is to move onto Geraldton WA.
