Fitzgerald River National Parks , WA

We left Bremer Bay on the most western side of the Fitzgerald River National Parks.

We drove to areas bordering the National parks and yes they're not pet friendly, Jools "not allowed" in because of the bias views of the National parks.

This also means as a family we are not welcomed also. "This is my soap box moment".

We are currently staying across the road at the Fitzgerald River truck stop for a couple of days but I did want to mention some of the places I would like to go yo if the National parks had a change of heart.

Point Anne whale watching platform to watch the whales frolicing off the coast and this is very much a timing issue, that you are there at the right time. Some fellow travelers have been there at the right time and took pictures of their travels to the Fitzgerald River National Park, that I will share with you.

I believe the road has been closed due to heavy rain for about a month.

Quoin Head Beach is another area to see but the roads are currently closed due to rain, but I will share pictures from fellow travelers with you. It would be an awesome beachfront view to visit in the right conditions.

West beach and Cave Point are also places I would have liked to visit.

The 30 - 40 minutes each way walking trails that climbs to the summit of East Mount Barren with beautiful views and rock formations. I don't know if you noticed but this peak looks like a wild dog coming out of a tree trunk, what do you think it looks like?

I would have stayed at the Four Mile Campgrounds too and enjoy the ocean views and the newly installed hot showers.

Something tells me that the National parks will not change their bias views. I would like to talk for Jools. He is Australian born, a real boy child and a family member whom is as important as any child, no one would leave there child to visit a National park. This is why we will not visit them also.

With that said we are staying across the road at Fitzgerald River truck stop. This is a huge area with info boards of the area, bins and tables. We found a track that leads down to the back of this rest area to do bush camping and we have this area at the time of writing, to ourselves!

It is peaceful and tranquil outdoors. There are flies but this time of year they are everywhere.
The track we found was a bit of a washout that lead to a narrow track to get in to for setup of our camper trailer.
I found a bush track that leads down to the river but it is a rock bed river with only pools of water not flowing till the wet season.
