Free Camping At Muirs Bridge
This is another fine example of a free campsite right next to the Muirs Bridge that runs over the Frankland River.

This site has trees for wind break, rubbish bins, shelters for tables and chairs. No toilet block so you need to be self contained, plenty of turning space up to of the rest area.
There are tracks that lead down to the river and bridge area but at the time we visited they were in poor condition due to rain washouts in the tracks.

While we were there other fellow travellers came over to enjoy our company and watch an outdoor movie via projector.
I walked the tracks and trails for fitness it is amazing what you see wild Kangaroo Paws red and green, beautiful.

What a lovely site if only you explore the area. Lake Muir is up the road also National park though. So no dogs, this is a shame.
