Freedom Camping My Choice.

Since leaving suburbia behind, and our whole life, has been governed by so many rules and regulations, it was time to find some peace and tranquility while travelling.

Gay-maree, Barry and Mr Jools who is our pet Maltese left to find adventure on the road. Travelling with a pet, by the way who is an important member of our family,
places some restrictions on travel.

Examples not all caravan parks are pet friendly, National parks have a no dog policy. If you can find a pet friendly caravan park it has a lot of rules about where you can take your dog in the park and noise restrictions you maybe thrown out of the park even if it is not your pets fault.

This brings me to the conclusion that freedom camping is a perfect fit for our lifestyle. Excluding National parks your pet is always welcome but you do need to keep an eye on them, 1080 baits are used in a lot of this country and also bush ticks are another problem.

Freedom camping means to me being free with nature to get that ultimate experience living outdoors in the bush camping environment.

Just you in isolation or fellow travellers enjoying the experience with you.

This is truly the Australian dream of retirement travelling this great brown land called Australia. Having fun exploring and experiencing outback towns, coastal ocean areas that are bordering this country of Australia.

Welcome to Australia!
