Aratula Hotel Free Camping. COVID19 Restrictions.

Setting up again the camper trailer, preparing for a long stay as all non essential travel is cancelled.

The camping area is bushland, just like we like it. It has a fantastic scenic view of a mountain in the background. This is not a bad place to self isolation.

A few other campers here, as we all live on the road and have no fixed address.
The Coronavirus has changed everything to do with travel. All campers here stay apart and take self isolation seriously.

I was chopping some wood with an axe the other day, just some big dead branches on the ground. Not realising how dangerous this exercise was. One of the big branches I chopped section off the branch and the thicker end of the branch as I swung a hefty blow with the axe at the branch caused the branch to bounce off the ground and headed towards my face with a head on collision with my face.

Yes bruising and scratches on the face but lucky it didn't take out my eye or broke my nose or knock out my teeth. This is a chore that most of us campers do to enjoy our campfires.

One of the big jobs I have to do is clean the canvas roof as it is covered in black spot mold. This is from being up in the tropics to long.  While up at Anabranch I used white vinegar and water which help clean some of it off but it didn't kill the mold spores.

I was googling for solutions to help clean the black mould off the canvas but somethink that would kill the spores. There was an article about Curtain Magic that caught my eye, a fellow consumer tried it on his camper trailer, which turnout good so I am trying this product out.

This is a good campsite some shade for the camper trailer and sun for the solar panels. We always need 12v power while living off grid.
